Summary/Objective: The Business Development Lead will lead the sales and marketing efforts for MDOT projects, local municipality projects, and private agencies. • Manage sales and marketing staff in completing assigned work efficiently, effectively, and to quality, safety, and company brand standards. Key Results Area #2: Build and Maintain Client Business Portfolio • Network, attend, and participate in state and local events related to company goals and projects. Key Results Area #4: Manage Marketing Plan and Branding • Direct, maintain, and monitor company marketing plan, including but not limited to scheduling social media posts, company website updates, and public relations events.
