In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that elevate our market position, engage target audiences, and generate measurable results. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns will be essential to propel our business forward. Duties • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing digital channels, content marketing, and brand positioning • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, print advertising, and online advertising such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising • Oversee SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms • Manage content creation including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials to engage diverse audiences • Coordinate advertising sales efforts by identifying opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships that enhance brand visibility • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for maximum ROI • Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development and ensure consistency across all marketing materials • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates • Manage budgets effectively to optimize spend across channels while ensuring campaign effectiveness Skills • Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing techniques • Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including email campaigns, print advertising, e-commerce platforms, and content marketing • Experience with advertising sales development and partnership outreach • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creative content production • Familiarity with WordPress for website management and HTML basics for content customization • Ability to conduct research to identify market trends and customer insights that inform campaign strategies • Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive messaging tailored to B2B (business-to-business) audiences • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising tools, and marketing automation platforms • Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights for continuous improvement of campaigns • Knowledge of budgeting principles to allocate resources efficiently across various channels Join us as a Marketing Lead to shape compelling campaigns that captivate audiences, boost brand awareness, and drive business growth.
