The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to drive strategy, manage execution, and lead our marketing division. This person will manage VNTG Market.co, oversee digital campaigns, and implement AI-driven tools to amplify our brand across platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms.
Utilize AI tools for content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including Mailchimp.
Oversee brand storytelling and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Lead and grow the marketing division (VNTG Market.co).
Collaborate with design, construction, and real estate teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Fluency with social media platforms, AI marketing tools, and email automation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging tech trends.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead and scale teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for design, real estate, construction, and brand storytelling.
