Marketing Lead

Marketing Lead, Brand and Growth Detroit, Michigan (In Person) At Hush, we help protect executives, public figures, athletes, creators, investors, families, and businesses from modern online threats, privacy risks, impersonation, and digital exposure. You will work closely with leadership to help shape how Hush is represented across audiences, platforms, and markets while helping drive awareness, trust, growth, and long term brand value. What You Will Do • Help lead and execute Hush’s marketing strategy across digital, content, brand, social, events, PR, partnerships, and growth initiatives • Develop compelling campaigns, messaging, and storytelling that strengthen brand awareness and engagement • Create and manage content across social media, email, web, and marketing channels • Support growth marketing initiatives including paid campaigns, conversion optimization, and performance tracking • Coordinate marketing efforts around conferences, events, partnerships, and strategic initiatives • Help evolve and maintain a premium, trusted, and modern brand presence • Use analytics, testing, and experimentation to continuously improve marketing performance • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve speed, efficiency, creativity, and execution • Collaborate cross functionally with leadership and other teams to support company growth
