As the Marketing Lead of Media Strategy, you will support the planning and implementation of assigned paid media plans. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. What you'll doManage the media planning process from planning through implementation for assigned onsite and offsite campaignsPartner with internal partners and media agency on creation and execution of campaigns, ensuring campaigns deliver against goals while adhering to established guidelinesSteward the end-to-end process including media plan deliverables, budgets, approvals, and documentationUnderstand and communicate drivers of campaign performance to internal and external partnersSupport strategic planning and team projects across additional paid and owned media channels Basic qualifications3 years of progressive media planning experience in advertising agency, client or retail media network settingFamiliarity with retail media network, programmatic display and/or social campaign executionProject coordination skills including rigorous attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsCurious and eagerness to learn, desire to stay current on industry trends, tools and business opportunities
