Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, and email to boost brand visibility and lead acquisition.
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance website content, improve organic search rankings, and increase web traffic.
Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and performance marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
Optimize landing pages and user funnels through conversion optimization techniques to increase lead capture rates.
Create compelling content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital assets using copywriting skills and graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
Maintain and update content management systems such as WordPress while ensuring website performance with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to refine strategies, improve engagement metrics, and report on key performance indicators.
Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through targeted email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support B2B marketing initiatives, e-commerce promotions, and overall digital marketing efforts.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing or lead generation roles with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media management, and content creation.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
Demonstrated ability to manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Advertising with measurable success.
Proficiency in using analytics platforms like Google Analytics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
Familiarity with website management systems such as WordPress along with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and troubleshooting.
Strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling messaging tailored to target audiences across various channels.
Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes effectively.
Knowledge of E-commerce platforms, performance marketing techniques, and B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
