Role Description

This full-time, on-site Marketing Lead (Revenue Growth Focus) position is based in Albuquerque, NM. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for crafting and executing tailored marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, overseeing sales initiatives, developing marketing campaigns, analyzing customer trends, and collaborating with team members to refine business strategies. The role will also involve fostering relationships with franchisees and ensuring alignment with company branding and business goals.

Qualifications
• Proven ability in Marketing Strategy and Market Research to identify opportunities and craft compelling campaigns for revenue growth.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships with franchisees and external stakeholders.
• Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and execute effective sales plans.
• Proficiency in team collaboration and project management, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not required; equivalent work experience is also highly valued.
• Knowledge of the coffee and beverage industry is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, NM, with occasional travel as needed.
