Responsibilities • Coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotions activities • Develop marketing strategies to meet objectives • Report to management on marketing activity/effectiveness • Oversee the Company website and content • Ensure properties are being leased and advertised efficiently • Provide concierge customer service to residents • Create and implement a Company schedule for social media marketing • Assess and respond to social media reviews and comments • Execute the Marketing Calendar efficiently and accurately • Train, manage and assess the work of Leasing Agents and Assistants • Perform tours of available properties to prospective residents • Create relationships with outside vendors and ODU organizations • Work with the Maintenance Department to improve curb appeal • Perform market surveys and set rental rates to grow Company revenue Education • Bachelor's Degree, business administration, marketing or related field • College Diploma, marketing or related field Qualifications • 8+ years experience in property management or marketing Skills • Expert in MS Office, emphasis on Excel, and general computer knowledge • Exceptional time management, communication, and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Strong ability to market and close deals • Great leadership ability • Highly organized, concise and ability to perform well under stress • High-spirited and enthusiastic around others Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 per year Position Type Full-Time Benefits We offer an outstanding benefits package including paid health, dental and vision insurance, generous vacation time with opportunity for accrual, automatic sick leave time, maternal and paternal leave, Company matching 401(k), Company paid training/higher education, and commission-based opportunities.
