Oversee commercial sponsorship and advertising proposals, solicitation of potential sponsors, sponsorship agreements and reports incoherence with Navy policy Responsibilities Sponsorship and Advertising (50%) Positions at this level do not have personal signature authority for the total commercial sponsorship program. Develops training and education materials on event marketing and commercial sponsorship for MWR departments.
