Required Skills
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business).
Fluent in Spanish and English
Marketing experience not required
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CMS, CRM, and analytics.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Good driving record.
Experience in Canva, SPSS, Tableau, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and Google Sheets
Collecting Data
Track key metrics and campaign performance.
Work Responsibilities
Present all creative ideas and suggestions to our weekly Marketing meetings.
Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, email).
Content Management: Create, edit, and schedule marketing content; coordinate with designers for assets.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, trade shows, and promotional events.
Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and prepare performance reports.
Database & Inventory: Maintain databases and manage inventory of promotional materials.
Cross-Functional Support: Communicate campaign objectives and provide materials to sales teams.
Update marketing calendars and schedules.
Manage social media accounts and online presence.
Assist with email marketing and lead generation.
Track key metrics and campaign performance.

This job is key to our operation. Work schedule begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 5 pm. This position requires the candidate to be punctual.
