The Marketing Manager at Childress Vineyards is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate our brand, support revenue growth, and drive engagement across both digital and traditional channels. • Collaborate with the Marketing & Social Media Specialist to align social media content with broader digital marketing initiatives. Email Marketing & CRM • Manage and execute targeted email campaigns through Mailchimp, including promotions, newsletters, and event announcements. • Use A/B testing and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve customer retention. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital strategy, analytics, CRM, and campaign execution • Previous management or team leadership experience required • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp (including automations and list segmentation) • Experience with CRM platforms and digital customer acquisition strategies • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, luxury brand voice • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once • Industry experience in wine, hospitality, luxury goods, or food & beverage is a strong plus
