Marketing Manager

Hospitality Group located in Great Kills is seeking a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. You will be Responsible for but not limited to: • Executing email marketing activities incorporating email personalization, automation, and A/B testing • Deploying and maintaining paid media campaigns including setting them up, choosing creative images, writing/editing ad copy, and working with management to optimize campaign performance • Managing social media accounts • Tracking performance of marketing activities, delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to turn performance marketing data into meaningful insights • Archiving and organizing marketing materials • Be an expert in our audiences customer service needs such as our loyalty and gift card programs.
