The Marketing Manager is chiefly responsible for marketing and advertising aerial adventure course experiences at both Navitat locations (Asheville, NC & Knoxville TN). Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goal of increasing customer traffic Develop, plan, and execute Navitat’s Google Ads platform with targeted AD campaigns Develop, plan, and execute Navitat’s social media Ad campaigns including FB and IG Directly execute all graphic design requirements, using Illustrator and Photoshop to provide all of Navitat's design and artistic requirements Develop comprehensive reports detailing the performance of SEO strategies and marketing campaigns using Google analytics Oversee 3rd party graphics providers such as that required for apparel and signage Collaborate with NCA's Guest Services Manager and Group Sales Manager to execute a sales driven marketing outreach program targeting both the local and tourism community Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads Strong proficiency in graphic design Minimum 2 yrs professional training or education in marketing Minimum of 2 yrs Marketing experience with a sales focus Must have experience in successfully implementing various social media sales programsStrong proficiency in digital marketing tools (ie: Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) Role Compensation & Benefits: Navitat Canopy Adventures is the premier provider of mountain and tree-based zipline experiences - featured on CNN, in the New York Times, Outdoor Magazine, Forbes Travel Guide and called "One of the best in the nation!"
