The marketing manager: will have a passion for optimizing customer experience and driving sales and visitors to the retail nursery and the website. This position will be responsible for developing, creating, and executing the company’s communication and marketing plans as well as analyzing their degree of success. • Direct company email marketing efforts, which include weekly email blasts, blog, and newsletter. • Create and track social media campaigns to drive traffic to the nursery and attract more mail order business. • Excellent command of all marketing tactics and ability to use data to optimize blog and social media marketing strategies.
