Please submit applications here: https://minna.pinpointhq.com/en/jobs/15288 GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Refine and execute MINNA’s multi-channel marketing strategy across email, digital advertising, direct mail, social media, partnerships, and web Define campaign KPIs and report results to management clearly and effectively to enable data- driven decision-making Develop new innovative campaign ideas in alignment with overall strategy and MINNA brand Expand MINNA’s global marketing efforts Serve as the voice of the brand, an internal expert on MINNA visual style and voice Enforce brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all external efforts, big and small Deeply understand MINNA’s customers—both Trade and Consumer—developing personas and more targeted campaigns Develop and nurture our customer base by building a dynamic loyalty program. EMAIL MARKETING: Develop strategies to grow email list and improve engagement with email campaigns Develop automated drip campaigns, which drive revenue and engagement, including abandoned cart campaigns Manage weekly newsletter — we send newsletters about product information, upcoming promotions, sharing other brands we like, community/social justice resources, deep dives into artisan production, and more Conduct A/B testing, track results, and make improvements Manage regular email e-blasts to Trade audience Establish goals and KPIs for the email program and report to the broader team on weekly, monthly, and annually Establish KPIs and quarterly goals with regular reporting to the team SOCIAL MEDIA: Manage MINNA’s social media presence growing following and engagement with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok Develop and execute content calendar to ensure regular posting schedule Create content that goes beyond selling products, with outstanding storytelling that showcases who we are, who our artisan partners are, how we work together, and what we believe Serve as resident social media expert, reporting on trends, new features, and new platforms Maintain regular social listening with a particular focus on opportunities for customer service and engagement MINNA JOURNAL: Maintain weekly journal entries.
