A growing multi-brand company is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing • Coordinate the creation and deployment of marketing materials such as graphics, videos, and copywriting • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms • Monitor social media trends and user engagement to optimize content strategy and increase brand visibility • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and senior management to develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, creating segments, and scheduling deployments • Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement • Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and other content to enhance our website's SEO • Collect and analyze marketing campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement • Prepare regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and campaign results for presentation to the team and management • Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant influence rs, bloggers, and brands to expand our reach and engage new audiences • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce and search engine optimization (SEO) • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, and content management systems • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, such as, Big Commerce and Shopify • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Office • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for details • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Creative thinking and the ability to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
