Marketing Manager

Help us serve our mission as our full-time Marketing Manager. The Non-GMO Project partners with thriving natural food brands, retailers and consumers to “look for the Butterfly.” Your job will be to drive the whole brand experience funnel -- awareness, trial, purchase, loyalty and recommendation -- of Non-GMO Project Verified products across all categories. The perfect fit for this position is a highly innovative, entrepreneurial marketing professional who knows how to turn ideas into campaigns and campaigns into sales. -3-5 years working in a progressive marketing or advertising role -Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field -Nonprofit and/or good food movement experience -Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including brand advertising, direct marketing, shopper marketing, social media and other digital platforms -Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM and business intelligence/analytics -Proven project management skills, with experience delivering work on time and on budget -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to work effectively both with direction and independently -Strong preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the GMO issue and have a sincere interest in helping to protect the future of the North American food supply Your cover letter should address your interest in working with the Non-GMO Project and particular skills or strengths you feel would make you a good fit for our team.
