While it is too early yet to determine exactly which areas within the business this individual would support, we do know that the growth will see the need for Marketing and Communications in several key areas beyond the current day shared services: • Rollout of Brand Strategy and Sector Marketing Program for each of the 4 major sectors today (Highways, Energy, Rail, Com/Industrial) • Add new sectors (future: Mining, Dams, Ports, Waterways) • Growth in Durisol US noise wall (reflective, absorptive, crash, security) • Support new MSE businesses (onboarding of brands, apply best practices to each, etc) and all related retaining wall product promotions (MSE, T-Wall, Block, Narrow Footprint) • Build new Marketing Program for International Protection Solutions (IPS) • Growth potential for Design Concrete (Modular buildings, reflective noise wall, retaining and identification of other misc precast or contract work) The key responsibility of this role will be to develop and manage marketing programs aligned to an annual strategic marketing plan of one or more of the businesses above (TBD). Examples of responsibilities to get a sense of the marketing professional required: • Build marketing programs to support specific business objectives across different channels in alignment with the overall strategic marketing plan • Identify gaps and make recommendations for marketing programs to meet required business objectives • Be a subject matter expert including across various sectors and cross-sector issues, market conditions, competitive landscape, etc. • Execute marketing plans with strategic tactics from start to finish to meet objectives • Liaise with business leaders and content developers to define a content strategy that takes into account strategic positioning and messaging to address audience needs • Develop content, aligned with the content strategy for our multiple owned websites and social media accounts.
