Marketing Manager

• Work alongside agency to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital marketing efforts. What you bring • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management/leadership role • Ability to multi-task, recognize deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing • Proactive sourcing of information and experience with market research and analysis • Excellent organizational, communication and social skills • Excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel, REMLS, minimal knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Site Core preferred • Technical skills to update digital media and sites (website, social media, etc.) • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to develop creative copy for advertising and marketing collateral, including ads, e-blasts, event write-ups, flyers, etc. Together we’re making dreams come true with homes and communities designed for the way people live today, and that’s a great feeling.
