For nearly four decades, ASD has delivered innovative technology solutions that help clients connect, protect, and power their businesses across the country. This role will report directly to the CEO and play a key part in ASD's growth journey by elevating our brand presence, generating qualified leads, and driving engagement across multiple channels.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of marketing in the technology sector, particularly in structured cabling, physical security, WiFi, audiovisual, and managed IT services. This person will own the full marketing function, from developing strategy to executing day-to-day tactics. to build brand awareness and foster audience engagement.Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. ).Maintain and enhance ASD's website with fresh, relevant content and ensure ongoing optimization for user experience and lead conversion.Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and lead generation activities; adjust tactics to maximize ROI.Collaborate closely with Sales Directors, Business Development, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business development and project delivery goals.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive positioning, and new technologies in marketing and workplace technology.Manage third-party vendors and agencies as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in technology, IT services, or a related B2B environment.Experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT / Gemini).Demonstrated expertise in SEO, digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.Hubspot experience is a plus.
