This individual will design and write proposals and statements of qualifications, lead and create content for interviews, oversee social media content for the office, lead event planning, oversee all community outreach and overall publicity of the construction projects themselves and our company. Minimum of two years of experience as part of marketing teamProfessional Degree in marketing, graphic design, business or a related field preferredStrong communications skills, both written and verbalTechnology: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Basic understanding of the architecture/construction industryMust work well in a team environment and be committed to client serviceExpectations: Attention to detail, excellent communication (written and verbal), creative and artistic design capabilities, strong organizational skills, ability to interact as part of a teamThis is an in-office position in the Peoria IL office.This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
