Marketing Manager

This role blends creative leadership with hands‑on retail work, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and understands cannabis culture. The Marketing Manager will oversee HIGH END’s social media strategy, content direction and brand ambassador program while working 18-20 hours per week in-store. Event Coordinator — handles event execution, talent booking and on‑site coordination, setup and breakdown Partnerships Operations Assistant — handles outreach, vendor communication, staffing Brand Ambassador Leads — shared leadership structure Design Team — receives creative briefs from Marketing Manager Develop and manage HIGH END’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and other platforms Create content direction and write creative briefs for the design team Capture in-store content, product highlights and lifestyle moments Post and schedule content, manage engagement and maintain brand voice Track analytics and report insights to leadership Collaborate with the Partnerships Operations Assistant and Event Coordinator on brand collaborations, vendor features and event-related content Work with the Event Coordinator to align marketing with upcoming events Provide creative briefs for event promotion materials Identify desired partners, performers, or vendors for events Event Coordinator handles booking + talent relations Partnerships Operations Assistant handles outreach All collaborate on logistics Support content capture needs before, during and after events (as scheduled)
