Description:Marketing Manager Full-Time Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 Base + Commission/Bonuses This is a hunter-style sales role focused on generating new accounts, building strong industry relationships, and closing business within restoration, construction, and mitigation markets. Job Responsibilities • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in restoration, construction, and mitigation markets • Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and commercial clients • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing business • Execute strategic outreach to grow territory revenue and market share • Lead pricing, contract, and service agreement negotiations • Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 + Commission • Performance bonuses tied to results • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) + Company Holidays • Hybrid work flexibility
