Marketing Manager

This position is responsible for helping design and implement the credit union’s marketing strategy under the direction of the CEO/COO while effectively managing marketing resources and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing business plans, creating timelines and budgets, executing advertising and promotional campaigns, overseeing public relations efforts, analyzing market trends and demographic data, and identifying opportunities to strengthen member engagement and business growth. This role will also ensure effective communication of marketing programs throughout the organization, contribute strategic recommendations through data-driven analysis, and represent the credit union at community and external events. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Experience within financial services or a community-focused organization is a plus
