Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and partnerships Manage timelines, deliverables, and performance across multiple active communities Support new community launches, inventory pushes, and event marketing initiatives Partner with agencies to manage paid media across search, social, and programmatic channels Oversee website updates, landing pages, and SEO best practices Ensure all marketing materials align with Homebound’s brand voice and positioning Develop compelling copy and messaging across email, web, social, and sales collateral Collaborate with the in‑house graphic designer to produce high‑quality creative assets Work closely with sales teams to align on buyer insights, messaging, and lead follow‑up Partner with construction, A&D, and operations teams to ensure accuracy in marketing materials Support PR and community engagement efforts, especially in disaster rebuild markets 5+ years of experience in the homebuilding or related real estate industry required Experience in launching local communities required Experience with top homebuilders and exposure to central strategy teams is preferred Our Compensation Philosophy Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
