Key Role Responsibilities Community Engagement & Sponsorship Management Develop and manage relationships with community organizations, industry groups, and local partners Identify, evaluate, and coordinate sponsorship opportunities aligned with company goals Oversee all sponsorship deliverables, including branding, event participation, and ROI tracking Represent the company at community and industry events as needed Lead the development, coordination, and submission of proposals (RFPs/RFQs) Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and executives to gather content Ensure all proposals are visually compelling, compliant, and delivered on time Maintain and update proposal templates, resumes, and project portfolios Assist in preparing presentations and interview materials for project pursuits Create and maintain consistent brand standards across all marketing materials Design brochures, presentations, project sheets, and promotional materials Develop engaging content that highlights company projects, culture, and capabilities Ensure all visual and written communications reflect the company’s brand identity 5–7+ years of marketing experience Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with proposal development is highly preferred Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
