Responsibilities • Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Create content including graphics, videos, photos, and written posts aligned with our brand • Schedule and publish content consistently while monitoring engagement • Respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity • Support basic SEO efforts through content and keyword awareness • Track performance using analytics and adjust strategies as needed • Collaborate with team members to support branding and marketing efforts • Assist with paid advertising campaigns as needed • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all content Skills • Experience managing social media platforms for a business • Strong content creation skills (writing, graphics, or video) • Basic understanding of marketing and brand development • Ability to stay organized and consistent with posting • Strong communication and attention to detail • Ability to review performance and make improvements • Willingness to learn and grow with the business This is a paid position with opportunity for growth as the company expands.
