Provide monthly analytics on Website, Meta, Google, and Mailchimp for each venue/festivalCreate an annual marketing strategy for each venue yearly adjusted from the previous year's analyticsDevelop and maintain marketing to showcase ardenland as a premier concert promotion company in Mississippi and throughout the southeastDevelop and maintain a brand and “voice” for each venue/event/festival and stay consistent throughout all marketingDesign posters, rack cards, print ads and other necessary materialDevelop, manage and promote merchandiseCommunicate marketing strategy with tour managers and localize all press assetsEstablish and maintain a Street TeamEvent project budget trackingSupport and highlight our sponsors and clients Ability and willingness to travel (car and/or plane)A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in an organized manner that involves a variety of clients/partners and many moving partsDesire and ability to engage in discussions at the workplace, including but not limited to engaging in training, workshops, and critical discussions for how we can better serve each other and our community Represent the mission, values, and philosophy to staff, community partners, and the public by modeling and implementing values of equity and inclusion in decision-making and daily workTech-savvyKnow how or willing to learn how to have fun at your job The Job
