Abeka is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing initiatives for Abeka Academy and our homeschool solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on understanding the customer journey and creating campaigns that engage customers from their first interaction through years of continued partnership.

In this role, you will:• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.

• Design customer journeys that support onboarding, renewal, reactivation, and long-term success.

• Build personalized, automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and retention metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Create audience segmentation strategies that deliver relevant, timely communication.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and an exceptional customer experience.

• Help strengthen the Abeka brand by fostering lasting relationships with homeschooling families.
