Marketing Manager

AnderCorp is seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, branding, community engagement, and business development support initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, industry associations, and local partnersIdentify, evaluate, and coordinate sponsorship opportunities that align with company goalsManage sponsorship deliverables, event participation, branding, and ROI trackingRepresent AnderCorp at community, networking, and industry events Lead the development, coordination, and submission of proposals (RFPs/RFQs)Partner with project managers, estimators, and company leadership to gather content and project informationEnsure proposals are visually compelling, compliant, and delivered on scheduleMaintain proposal templates, project portfolios, and team resumesAssist with interview presentations and pursuit materials Coordinate photography and videography for projects, events, and company initiativesManage and organize the company photo and video libraryCollaborate with project teams to capture project milestones and success storiesEnsure high-quality visual documentation for marketing and business development efforts This is an opportunity to play a visible role in shaping and promoting a growing company while working alongside talented professionals who are passionate about the work they do.
