KIC's voice across everything: web, social, email, events, and the stories we tell about founders and partners.The marketing and coordination behind our programs, including the KIC Accelerator. Cohort recruitment, communications, and platform administration.A steady stream of moments turned into content: launches, cohorts, wins, partnerships.The look and feel of our flagship events, including Keystone Merge, which drew more than 400 people in 2025.Measurement. How we work
Claude is our primary AI platform and you'll be in it every day. Build workflows that let one person produce what used to take a team, without losing taste or judgment.
Who this is for
We don't care where you went to school, or whether you did. We don't count years of experience. We care about what you can make, how fast you learn, and how well you use the tools now available to all of us.
You're genuinely AI-native. You reach for AI first and know how to get great output from it.You're a strong writer with a sharp visual eye, able to go from idea to finished asset on your own.You're organized and self-directed, comfortable owning both a content calendar and program logistics.You're energized by startups and by building something in Pennsylvania.
Your first 90 days
Month one. Meet the founders, the university partners, and the corporate partners. Take over the day-to-day channels.
Month two. Run recruitment for the KIC Accelerator cohort, including the campaign and outreach.
Month three. Own the marketing plan for Keystone Merge, and the launch plan for the Applied AI Founder Pilot, whose first cohort starts March 2027.
