Overview of the Position:

Lead the execution of Prestonwood Christian Academy's enrollment marketing strategy by managing digital marketing, website strategy, paid advertising, search engine optimization, analytics, and brand initiatives. This position serves as the primary marketing manager for student recruitment, working collaboratively with Admissions, Communications, academic leadership, and external marketing partners to strengthen the PCA brand and increase qualified enrollment inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Own the strategy, optimization, and ongoing management of the PCA website to maximize enrollment conversion.
Develop and execute annual digital marketing plans aligned with enrollment goals.
Manage SEO strategy and oversee implementation with external partners.
Lead paid search, paid social, geofencing, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
Optimize landing pages and website user experience to improve conversion rates.

Serve as the primary marketing partner for the Admissions team.
Develop marketing campaigns that drive inquiries, applications, event registrations, and enrollment.
Manage CRM and email marketing automation campaigns.
Develop enrollment collateral and admissions presentations.

Monitor KPIs including:

Website traffic
Inquiry generation
Conversion rates
Cost per lead
ROI on advertising


Present monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations.

Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with PCA's digital marketing and website agency.
Coordinate projects with outside vendors and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Develop brand standards and marketing resources for departments across the school system.
Lead cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution.
Prioritize multiple initiatives while managing timelines and project stakeholders.

Qualifications: Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of professional marketing experience.
Experience developing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Experience managing websites and SEO.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager preferred.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta advertising preferred.
Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of conversion optimization.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
Experience managing agency relationships preferred.
Prestonwood Baptist Church member preferred
