Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, development, implementation, and coordination of comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the institution’s brand, digital presence, public relations, and overall market visibility. • Oversee consistency in visual identity across all print and digital platforms, including logo usage, templates, and internal/external communications • Manage content and updates for the institution’s website and social media platforms • Develop, execute, and analyze social media and digital strategies aligned with the bank’s goals • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing and digital efforts • Incorporate Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) opportunities into marketing strategies • Partner with branch locations to support local marketing, promotions, and community events • Serve as primary liaison for advertising agencies, external vendors, and media outlets • Plan and attend community and internal events to ensure strong brand representation • Monitor industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance visibility and engagement • Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with the bank’s overall strategy • 5–10 years of direct experience in marketing and digital communications required • Proven track record in managing websites, digital campaigns, social media strategy, and brand communications • Proficiency with social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills • Exceptional project management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf Pursuant to applicable state and municipal Fair Chance Laws and Ordinances, we will consider for employment-qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
