**POSITION SUMMARY**

Nirvana Cannabis is seeking a **creative, technically knowledgeable, and results-driven Marketing Manager** to lead marketing initiatives throughout Arizona, while providing additional support to our operations in other states as needed.

The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with creative thinking and a results-oriented approach. We are looking for someone who understands how to develop engaging social media content, execute effective marketing campaigns, utilize digital marketing tools, and turn creative strategies into measurable business results.

This is a hands-on position requiring the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal departments, and develop marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, retail traffic, and sales growth.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
* Manage social media platforms, digital advertising, email/SMS marketing, website content, and other approved marketing channels.
* Utilize marketing analytics, SEO, audience targeting, and performance data to evaluate campaigns and improve return on investment.
* Coordinate promotional calendars, product launches, vendor partnerships, and marketing initiatives across multiple locations.
* Collaborate with Retail Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and creative personnel to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
* Oversee marketing content, project deadlines, brand consistency, and campaign execution while ensuring compliance with applicable advertising regulations.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
---------------------------

* 3+ years of professional marketing experience with a strong background in digital marketing and social media.
* Proven ability to develop, execute, and analyze creative marketing campaigns that produce measurable results.
* Strong technical knowledge of marketing platforms, digital advertising, SEO, analytics, and social media management tools.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms.
* Excellent communication, organization, creative thinking, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with multiple departments.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
----------------------------

* Previous marketing management or leadership experience.
* Experience in multi-location retail, consumer marketing, or the cannabis industry.
* Knowledge of customer loyalty programs, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
