Marketing Manager - Advertising

At PENN Entertainment, you’ll get to be a part of an exciting industry, where the days and nights are fast paced. • Prioritizes in-house and outside agency-related projects through effective allocation of resources; oversees and monitors workflow, and communication with internal requesting departments to ensure fulfillment of media and production deadlines in a timely, quality and cost-effective manner. • Recommends, plan, and monitors allocation of advertising media and production budgets in compliance with established marketing department guidelines, and to ensure the achievement of property plan objectives. • Oversees day-to-day work flow of social media platforms including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X to drive social engagement; participates in planning and strategic marketing decisions with the Director of Marketing and outside agencies.
