In addition, this position supports the successful opening of new parks by training leadership teams and staff on marketing initiatives, guest engagement strategies, and company standards. The Marketing Manager and Opening Support Trainer works closely with the Regional Team, park leadership, and corporate departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and strong park performance across the region. Ability to travel to support new park openings and training initiatives. • Assist with onboarding and training of new park leadership teams during opening phases. Relationship Building – Develop partnerships within communities and maintain strong relationships with park teams.
