Oversee all marketing and lead generation for the companyMaintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resourcesManage the newly started direct mail program and lead aggregatorsWork closely with the call center manager to ensure leads are being converted and identify conversion issuesManage marketing vendors and third-party relationships, including two independent contractors responsible for PPC, SEO, and Facebook campaignsOversee a Call Center Manager, big box Program Leader, Events Team Leader, and Marketing InternExecute an integrated marketing strategy to support company revenue goalsDevelop and deliver reports on KPIsTrack and review campaigns for improvement opportunitiesMaintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
Marketing experience within the home improvement industryProven experience managing and optimizing $1M+ marketing budgetsDigital and traditional marketing experienceExperience working closely with a call center and understanding how to solve problems related to lead conversion within the call center
