ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. • Responsible for tasking and utilization of marketing staff to ensure timeliness of projects and completion of goals assigned by Marketing Director; • Oversee all aspects of creative artwork designed for use on behalf of the property; • Oversee the creation, development and execution of all casino programs, promotions and events; • Assist Marketing Director to develop and maintain the guest database and create programs to maximize guest retention and develop guest’s participation in various gaming activities and programs; • Assist Marketing Director to schedule staff. • Must have excellent knowledge of correct use of grammar. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, including experience with databases, demographics and production preferred – Or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 2 years marketing experience in Casino field required.
