Thhis is a W2 contract opportunity Duration: 9-10 months (may extend) Key Responsibilities • Serve as an active member of the brand team, supporting marketing, communications, creative partners, and operations to ensure alignment with brand and team priorities. Oversee ongoing management of brand guidelines and related resources, including: • Regular brand creative reviews with internal creative partners • Facilitation and follow-up for Creative Council meetings • Development and governance of Canva templates and other brand assets • Updates to brand guidelines and associated documentation • Manage enterprise-level brand training and visual brand identity guideline development. Required Qualifications • 5–7+ years of experience in marketing or communications • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing environments • 5–7+ years managing communication with a variety of business partners (e.g., senior leaders, sales leaders, technical partners) • Hands-on experience in campaign management or campaign development • Experience supporting and executing multi-channel projects (web, email, content, and/or digital) • Proven experience in marketing project management from concept through in-market launch • Experience communicating business results across channels and to multiple leadership levels
