Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Digital Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns, optimize email and website performance, and manage advertising efforts. This role is an essential member of the People & Culture team and will report directly to the Director of Marketing. • Paid Advertising : Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), incorporating audience segmentation to enhance performance. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
