You'll work within leadership-defined marketing journeys and campaign priorities to build high-performing campaigns, manage PPC budgets and optimization, deliver visual assets, and execute webinar and sales enablement materials that fuel franchisor and broker growth. ● Conceive, design, and produce all visual creative assets for campaigns, sales materials, landing pages, funnel assets, and event branding that support lead generation and member engagement. ● Lead graphic design execution for FBA's premium franchisor sales materials, ensuring visual impact, brand consistency, and alignment with franchisor positioning and current design trends. ● PPC & Performance Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ad campaigns; demonstrated expertise in keyword research, bidding optimization, audience targeting, and conversion rate improvement. ● 2-4 years of professional experience in campaign management, digital marketing, PPC, marketing design, or similar marketing execution roles.
