With a history of almost 100 years as a Caterpillar Dealer, William Adams has proudly made its mark. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives in line with Caterpillar and dealer programs. Key responsibilities of this role include: • Developing and implementing marketing and communications programs and campaigns to drive incremental sales • Participating in the development and implementation of the marketing group's strategic plan and the direction of the team • Leading the Customer Experience (CX) journey for the company and be the CX Champion • Working in consultation with Caterpillar's marketing team to implement programs and strategies where they align with our overall strategic goals and objectives • Oversee the development and implementation of the eChannel activities including social media, website content and intranet content • Provide regular reporting and insights on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders. You will be a pro-active and creative marketing professional with strong ambition to implement and drive positive and innovative change within the business. As a leader in our business, you will play a key role in leading, coaching, and inspiring our Marketing team, as well as successfully partnering with the entire business.
