Marketing Manager – Content Strategy, Paid Social & Email | Austin, TX (Hybrid)

If you've built your own audience, grown a channel from the ground up, or turned a small email list into a loyal community, we want to talk to you. This is a hybrid role, mostly remote, but you'll join us bi-weekly in Austin for filming organic content — think behind-the-scenes brand storytelling and "real office" reels that actually connect. Build and execute organic social media content strategies across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with clear ROI accountability Develop and manage email marketing campaigns — from nurture sequences to promotional sends Participate in bi-weekly in-person content filming sessions in Austin, TX Track performance metrics and report on what's working (and what's not) Bring fresh, brand-aligned ideas to every piece of content we publish Are comfortable in front of and behind the camera for content creation Are based in or around Austin, TX and available bi-weekly for in-person filming
