Marketing Manager - Digital, Brand and Campaign Operations

About the Role Marketing demand at YourPolicy runs in two directions: our product verticals need campaign support, positioning, and content tailored to their specific markets, and our 24 individual agencies need branding, local marketing collateral, and web presence support. Support marketing needs for each product vertical (Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, Personal Lines, Medicare, Life & Health), including campaign materials, positioning content, and vertical-specific collateral Manage and prioritize incoming requests from vertical leads, balancing timelines against agency-level demands Produce banners, social graphics, business cards, and other branded collateral across product verticals and agency locations Maintain visual consistency and brand standards agency-wide 5-7 years marketing experience, generalist background preferred Demonstrated comfort directing AI tools for research and drafting — and the judgment to catch when the output is wrong WordPress/WP Engine experience (required) Design production skills (Canva minimum; Adobe Creative Suite a plus) Familiarity with Salesforce from a business-user perspective (not admin-level) Strong written communication for tickets, briefs, and cross-team coordination Ability to manage competing requests from multiple stakeholders (vertical leads and agency locations) without dropping either
