We are an Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S looking for a great "outside the box" digital marketing manager! - Manage team of consultants& KPIS driving Traffic and Conversions across 15 channels - Develop new strategies to increase revenue, traffic and ROI 8X - Lead weekly KPI's meetings w marketing team (5 people) to reviewimprovements, actions and new opportunities -Deliver regular reporting cross-functionally to management and other internal stakeholders Performs other duties as assigned **Your experience should cover the following channels:** SEO, Adwords - PLA, Dynamic Retargeting Ads, Display Ads, -Facebook - Post Boosting, Retargeting ads, Email Capture ads. **Experience and Competencies needed for the role:** College Degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with E-Commerce companies -Experience with web analytics (effectiveness of strategies for organic revenue and improve PPC campaigns) -Strong project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
