Here’s a little about Bath Fitter and the position they are recruiting for: The Role: The Marketing and Events Manager is responsible for increasing the exposure of the Bath Fitter brand and its market share by generating new leads for the Branch through malls, shows, and exhibits in a wide variety of venues to help the Branch meet or exceed their sales goals. To achieve these goals, the Marketing and Events Manager will select, supervise and train regular show workers who will, with the Marketing and Events Manager, constitute a separate operating unit within Bath Fitter that is dedicated to generating Bath Fitter customer leads. The Marketing and Events Manager will have substantial discretion in making the decisions that will produce a maximum number of quality customer leads for Bath Fitter.
