ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our premier client’s FAST Channels team in New York, NY. This role is critical in driving digital marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and partner collaboration for one of the fastest-growing businesses within our client’s company. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the creation and execution of awareness marketing for FAST Channel content across hero placements, digital video, and display • Manage the creation, procurement, and organization of digital assets—including images, videos, and interactive content—in partnership with studios and content providers • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand guidelines and objectives • Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social, email), optimizing for performance • Build and maintain strong relationships with studio and content partners to align on shared marketing goals • Use analytics tools to track performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement; conduct A/B testing to optimize results • Partner with internal product and merchandising teams to influence FAST channel visibility • Identify and implement workflow and process improvements for campaign and asset management Basic Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, or campaign strategy (10+ preferred) • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns in a senior-level role (e.g., VP or Director of Marketing at a studio, agency, or platform) • Experience managing creative teams or external agency relationships • Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with performance-based optimization • Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in external/partner-facing roles Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with major streaming network content partners • Background in OTT, streaming, or digital content marketing • Experience leading marketing campaigns tied to product or merchandising initiatives • Familiarity with digital video/display advertising platforms and creative best practices • Former VP of Marketing, Director of Campaigns, or equivalent role with studio-level marketing ownership
