Job Title: Marketing Manager, Franchisee Support Key Responsibilities • Franchisee Support: Act as one of the first-line marketing contacts for franchisees, fielding questions and requests across digital advertising, CRM, and other marketing activities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred • 3–5+ years in marketing, preferably supporting franchise or multi-location brands • Broad understanding of CRM systems, digital advertising, SEO, and analytics • Experience developing or supporting social media strategies and content across platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer service mindset • Ability to balance multiple priorities while providing fast, helpful support to franchisees • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
