Marketing Manager

This Marketing Manager level and bring proven experience managing marketing projects, coordinating cross-functional review processes, engaging external agencies and vendors, tracking budgets, and supporting the compliant development, routing, and maintenance of promotional or field-facing materials.

Requested Experience and Capabilities

4+ years of experience, Marketing Manager-level experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biopharma, or a regulated industry environment; payer marketing experience is a plus.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Experience supporting promotional review processes and coordinating with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Compliance, and agency partners.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain trackers, budgets, meeting notes, project plans, and SharePoint-based documentation.

Ability to synthesize input from field and cross-functional teams and prepare clear, polished materials for internal stakeholder use.

Ability to work independently, follow up on open actions, and drive execution with limited day-to-day oversight.

This is a Contract position based out of Lake Zurich, IL.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
