collection, organization, & response of all guest reviews through comment cards Social Media Marketing • Create & post engaging social media marketing posts & campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube • Ensure that social media posts are made on a regular, consistent basis & adhere to a regular weekly schedule of posting • Promote each restaurant separately according to their brand uniqueness, demographics, target markets, & current events • Coordinate with performers to receive photos and videos of DJ and Live Entertainment Artists • Post monthly food and drink specials, promotional events • Responsible for the growth of our friends or followers, online brand reputation, management, & star ratings • Responsible for the growth of our organizational employment brand Digital Marketing • Creation, launching, and oversight of all digital marketing campaigns • Analysis of digital marketing campaigns for use in target-focused campaign strategies • Purchase Google ads & Google key words to boost social media posts Website • Collaborate with the Marketing team, the Owner, graphic designers, & website company to keep our website current • Updating all restaurant websites with store information, catering & special event details and promotions • Keep an updated calendar of events, photo gallery, merchandise list, food & drink menus, and special menus on the website In-Store Marketing Loyalty Dining Program – Email Blasts – SMS Text Blasts • Create and implement strategies to increase guests signing up for our Loyalty Dining Program • Send out blast emails using our Loyalty Dining Program list of guests to promote our restaurants • Send out blast SMS text messages using our Loyalty Dining Program list of guests promoting restaurants Special Promotions and Events • Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, & restaurant management teams to develop and implement sales driven special promotions according to their brand uniqueness, demographics, target markets, and current events schedule • Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, & graphic design company to develop and design print media &printed media as marketing tools • Order, receive, distribute, and install all printed cross-promotion tools Photography and Food and Drink Menus • Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, & graphic design company to create, edit, food, drink & special menus • Order, receive, and distribute all printed food and drink menus to the appropriate concepts • Schedule, coordinate, perform, edit all photography for each concept (marketing & training) • Review all company photos and collaborate with the owner for final approval on all food and drink photos • Research and develop food photography skills to better improve all media Outside Marketing Local Business Partners • Develop relationships with local business partners to cross-promote & advertise. • Partner with West Town Mall marketing team Community Outreach and Involvement • Partner with local schools, groups, and non-profit organizations to organize events and promotions • Coordinate with the city and local chamber of commerce on events • Coordinate with restaurant management teams to ensure that all are knowledgeable, prepared, and have appropriate decorations for community events • Chili cook off – will buy and ensure that all stores are knowledgeable, prepared, and have appropriate decorations for this event • Develop ideas to continue to market and solicit our restaurants to local area residents and businesses including direct mail, door to door, visiting local businesses, and scheduling company mascots Print Media and Graphic Design Materials • Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, and third-party companies (graphic design company, advertisers, and merchandise companies) • Order, receive, distribute, and install all printed marketing tools in and to the appropriate outside locations • Track the ROI on paid printed advertisements and analyze which printed advertisements are good investments Radio, Television, Billboards • Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, Graphic design company, radio company, television company, billboard company to design, create and launch our radio, television and billboard marketing campaigns. • Recognize that each restaurant is unique and plan for entertainment needs around the restaurant’s needs & the overall budget for the restaurant • Work with the Marketing team and Owner to understand your budget per store • Create and maintain an events calendar with all performances & promotions on our website • Ensure that all performers deliver high quality entertainment on a nightly basis Sales and Revenue Generation with Online Sales • Monitor, collect, package, & ship all online purchased merchandise, souvenirs, and private-labeled items • Communicate with purchaser(s) through the process and ensure that all items are received correctly, undamaged, & on time Digital Advertising & Cross Promotions in Restaurants • Update and monitor all in-house digital marketing tools such as LED screens with restaurants displaying images of food & drink specials, restaurant pictures, special events & promotions, & the cross promotion of our other restaurants & company owned businesses Logo Merchandise / Internal Merchandise • Collaborate with the Owner, Marketing team, and outside vendors to design & create our employee uniforms • Order, receive, and distribute uniforms, shirts, hats, buttons, name tags, & guest check presenters Retail Merchandise • Collaborate with Owner, Marketing team, and outside vendors to design & create our souvenirs and merchandise for resale.
