Join us and be part of a purpose-driven team that’s redefining how the built environment communicates — and how we respond.Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager for the Data Services Business Unit will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation, aligning marketing efforts with sales goals, and delivering high-impact campaigns to accelerate revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing, account management, and sales enablement.You will collaborate closely with the sales and product teams, manage marketing vendors and budgets, and own the execution and optimization of campaigns within HubSpot CRM. Ensure content is adapted and repurposed appropriately across a well-balanced channel mix—including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, webinars, and other digital and traditional platforms—to maximize reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.Sales Alignment & EnablementPartner closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality, campaign feedback, and ongoing optimization of sales-marketing alignment.Provide marketing support across all stages of the buyer’s journey, including sales enablement collateral, product messaging, and targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives.Regularly review performance metrics with sales and adjust strategies accordingly.Vendor & Account ManagementManage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies; oversee execution timelines, contract deliverables, and budget allocations.Serve as the primary marketing liaison to channel partners, helping co-develop go-to-market plans and channel-specific campaigns.Negotiate rates and scopes of work while ensuring high ROI and brand consistency.Performance Tracking & KPI ReportingTrack and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS).Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data-driven insights.Align reporting with revenue objectives to demonstrate marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.Budget & Resource PlanningAssist in the development and management of marketing budgets for the Data Services Business Unit.Ensure optimal resource allocation based on campaign priorities and ROI analysis.Forecast spend and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and impact maximization.Qualifications4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, data services, or SaaS environments.Strong experience in HubSpot CRM, including marketing automation, campaign setup, list segmentation, lead lifecycle management, and reporting.Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and channel partner marketing.Excellent collaboration skills with proven experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize campaigns accordingly.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
